Once again perspex failed so I thought why not try something a bit more flexible. the result was a hydraulic oil bottle that I had laying around at work . this made for a great frame but I over looked a few minor details . see the vibration dampers section of the site .the tricopter flew well but i had limited success due to the props being incorrect. the servo that I bought for the was not so suitable . I went with a 2.2kg/cm servo with a ball link from a steering system off a rc car. it all worked fine. for a while . eventualy the plastic wore out and the arms became loose as well as the vibration damper problems so I upgraded again.
